நீதிமொழிகள் 28:20
உண்மையுள்ள மனுஷன் பரிபூரண ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறுவான்; ஐசுவரியவானாகிறதற்குத் தீவிரிக்கிறவனோ ஆக்கினைக்குத் தப்பான்.
A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that makes haste to be rich shall not be innocent.
சங்கீதம் 15:1
கர்த்தாவே, யார் உம்முடைய கூடாரத்தில் தங்குவான்? யார் உம்முடைய பரிசுத்த பர்வதத்தில் வாசம்பண்ணுவான்?
Lord, who shall abide in your tabernacle? who shall dwell in your holy hill?
சங்கீதம் 15:2
உத்தமனாய் நடந்து, நீதியை நடப்பித்து, மனதாரச் சத்தியத்தைப் பேசுகிறவன்தானே.
He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
சங்கீதம் 15:3
அவன் தன் நாவினால் புறங்கூறாமலும், தன் தோழனுக்குத் தீங்குசெய்யாமலும், தன் அயலான்மேல் சொல்லப்படும் நிந்தையான பேச்சை எடுக்காமலும் இருக்கிறான்.
He that backbites not with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbour, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbour.
மீகா 6:7
ஆயிரங்களான ஆட்டுக்கடாக்களின்பேரிலும், எண்ணெயாய் ஓடுகிற பதினாயிரங்களான ஆறுகளின்பேரிலும் கர்த்தர் பிரியமாயிருப்பாரோ? என் அக்கிரமத்தைப் போக்க என் முதற் பேறானவனையும், என் ஆத்துமாவின் பாவத்தைப் போக்க என் கர்ப்பக்கனியையும் கொடுக்கவேண்டுமோ?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
மீகா 6:8
மனுஷனே, நன்மை இன்னதென்று அவர் உனக்கு அறிவித்திருக்கிறார்; நியாயஞ்செய்து, இரக்கத்தைச் சிநேகித்து, உன் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக மனத்தாழ்மையாய் நடப்பதை அல்லாமல் வேறே என்னத்தைக் கர்த்தர் உன்னிடத்தில் கேட்கிறார்.
He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
நீதிமொழிகள் 17:20
மாறுபாடான இருதயமுள்ளவன் நன்மையைக் கண்டடைவதில்லை; புரட்டு நாவுள்ளவன் தீமையில் விழுவான்.
He that has a perverse heart finds no good: and he that has a perverse tongue falls into mischief.
நீதிமொழிகள் 19:1
மாறுபாடான உதடுகளுள்ள மூடனைப்பார்க்கிலும், உத்தமனாய் நடக்கிற தரித்திரனே வாசி.
Better is the poor that walks in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

பொய்ச்சாட்சிக்காரன் ஆக்கினைக்குத் தப்பான்; பொய்களைப் பேசுகிறவனும் தப்புவதில்லை.
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaks lies shall not escape.

பொய்ச்சாட்சிக்காரன் ஆக்கினைக்குத் தப்பான்; பொய்களைப் பேசுகிறவன் நாசமடைவன்.
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaks lies shall perish.
