עֹרֹת֙ʿōrōtoh-ROTE
goats
the

גְּדָיֵ֣יgĕdāyêɡeh-da-YAY
And
put
she
הָֽעִזִּ֔יםhāʿizzîmha-ee-ZEEM
upon
הִלְבִּ֖ישָׁהhilbîšâheel-BEE-sha
his
hands,
עַלʿalal
upon
and
יָדָ֑יוyādāywya-DAV
the
smooth
וְעַ֖לwĕʿalveh-AL
of
his
neck:
חֶלְקַ֥תḥelqathel-KAHT
