ஸ்திரீகளால் தங்களைக் கறைப்படுத்தாதவர்கள் இவர்களே; கற்புள்ளவர்கள் இவர்களே; ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவர் எங்கே போனாலும் அவரைப் பின்பற்றுகிறவர்கள் இவர்களே; இவர்கள் மனுஷரிலிருந்து தேவனுக்கும் ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவருக்கும் முதற்பலனாக மீட்டுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டவர்கள்.

பெண்களால் தங்களைக் கறைப்படுத்தாதவர்கள் இவர்களே; கற்புள்ளவர்கள் இவர்களே; ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவர் எங்கே சென்றாலும் அவரைப் பின்பற்றுகிறவர்கள் இவர்களே; இவர்கள் மனிதர்களில் இருந்து தேவனுக்கும் ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவருக்கும் முதற்பலனாக மீட்டுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டவர்கள்.

அந்த ஒரு லட்சத்து நாற்பத்து நாலாயிரம் மக்களும் பெண்களால் தம்மை மாசுபடுத்திக்கொள்ளாதவர்கள். அவர்கள் தம்மைச் சுத்தமாய் வைத்திருந்தனர். ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவர் எங்கெல்லாம் போகிறாரோ அங்கெல்லாம் அவர்கள் பின்தொடர்ந்து செல்கிறவர்கள். இந்த ஒரு லட்சத்து நாற்பத்து நாலாயிரம் மக்கள் மட்டும் பூமியில் இருந்து மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள். இவர்களே ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவருக்கும் தேவனுக்கும் அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட முதல் மனிதர்கள்.

These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

These are they that were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These `are’ they that follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were purchased from among men, `to be’ the firstfruits unto God and unto the Lamb.
