அவர்கள் ஆகாயத்தில் ஏறி, ஆழங்களில் இறங்குகிறார்கள், அவர்கள் ஆத்துமா கிலேசத்தினால் கரைந்துபோகிறது.

தண்ணீரைப்போல ஊற்றுண்டேன்; என் எலும்புகளெல்லாம் கட்டுவிட்டது, என் இருதயம் மெழுகுபோலாகி, என் குடல்களின் நடுவே உருகிற்று.

சஞ்சலத்தால் என் ஆத்துமா கரைந்துபோகிறது; உமது வசனத்தின்படி என்னை எடுத்து நிறுத்தும்.

அப்பொழுது சிங்கத்தின் இருதயத்திற்கொத்த இருதயமுள்ள பலவானாயிருக்கிறவனுங்கூட கலங்கிப்போவான்; உம்முடைய தகப்பன் சவுரியவான் என்றும், அவரோடிருக்கிறவர்கள் பலசாலிகள் என்றும், இஸ்ரவேலர் எல்லாரும் அறிவார்கள்.

ஆதலால் எல்லாக் கைகளும் நெகிழ்ந்து, எல்லா மனுஷரின் இருதயமும் கரைந்துபோம்.

அவள் வெறுமையும் வெளியும் பாழுமாவாள்; மனம் கரைந்துபோகிறது; முழங்கால்கள் தள்ளாடுகிறது; எல்லா இடுப்புகளிலும் மிகுந்த வேதனை உண்டு; எல்லாருடைய முகங்களும் கருகிப்போகிறது.
