சங்கீதம் 107:11
அந்தகாரத்திலும் மரண இருளிலும் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்து, ஒடுக்கத்திலும் இரும்பிலும் கட்டுண்டு கிடந்தார்கள்.

ஏரோது மரிக்கும்வரைக்கும் அங்கே இருந்தான். எகிப்திலிருந்து என்னுடைய குமாரனை வரவழைத்தேன் என்று தீர்க்கதரிசியின் மூலமாகக் கர்த்தரால் சொல்லப்பட்டது நிறைவேறும்படி இப்படி நடந்தது.

ஏரோது மரிக்கும்வரையில் அவர்கள் எகிப்தில் தங்கியிருந்தனர். “எகிப்திலிருந்து என் மகனை வெளியே வரவழைத்தேன்” என்று தீர்க்கதரிசியின் வழியாக தேவன் சொல்லியதின் நிறைவேறுதலாக இது நடந்தேறியது.
