வானத்தின் பேரில் சத்தியம் பண்ணுகிறவன் தேவனுடைய சிங்காசனத்தின் பேரிலும் அதில் வீற்றிருக்கிறவர் பேரிலும் சத்தியம் பண்ணுகிறான்.
