இப்படிச் செய்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் காவல்காக்கிறவனாயினும் உத்தரவுகொடுகிறவனாயினும் சேனைகளின் கர்த்தருக்குக் காணிக்கை செலுத்துகிறவனாயினும், அவனை யாக்கோபின் கூடாரங்களில் இராதபடிக்குக் கர்த்தர் சங்கரிப்பார்.

இப்படிச் செய்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் காவல்காக்கிறவனாக இருந்தாலும், உத்திரவு கொடுக்கிறவனாக இருந்தாலும், சேனைகளின் கர்த்தருக்குக் காணிக்கை செலுத்துகிறவனாக இருந்தாலும், அவனை யாக்கோபின் கூடாரங்களில் இல்லாமல் கர்த்தர் அழிப்பார்.

கர்த்தர் யூதாவின் குடும்பத்திலிருந்து அந்த ஜனங்களை நீக்குவார். அந்த ஜனங்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு அன்பளிப்புகளைக் கொண்டுவரலாம். ஆனால் அது உதவாது.
