நீங்கள் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளப்போகிற தேசத்தில் நீங்கள் கைக்கொள்ளவேண்டிய கட்டளைகளையும் நியாயங்களையும் உங்களுக்குப் போதிக்க வேண்டுமென்று அக்காலத்திலே கர்த்தர் எனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார்.
