ஆகிலும், ஆவியானவர் வெளிப்படையாய்ச் சொல்லுகிறபடி, பிற்காலங்களிலே மனச்சாட்சியில் சூடுண்ட பொய்யருடைய மாயத்தினாலே சிலர் வஞ்சிக்கிற ஆவிகளுக்கும் பிசாசுகளின் உபதேசங்களுக்கும் செவிகொடுத்து, விசுவாசத்தைவிட்டு விலகிப்போவார்கள்.

சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: நீ என் வழிகளில் நடந்து என் காவலைக் காத்தால், நீ என் ஆலயத்தில் நியாயம் விசாரிப்பாய்; என் ஆலய வளாகங்களையும் காவல்காப்பாய்; இங்கே நிற்கிறவர்களுக்குள்ளே உலாவுகிறதற்கு இடம் நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்.

சர்வ வல்மையுள்ள கர்த்தர் இவற்றைச் சொன்னார்: “நான் சொல்கிற வழியில் வாழ். நான் சொன்னவற்றைச் செய். என் ஆலயத்தின் பொறுப்பாளராக நீ அதன் பிரகாரங்களைக் காவல் செய்வாய். இங்கு நிற்கும் தூதர்களைப் போல ஆலயத்தின் எவ்விடத்திற்கும் போகலாம் என்று நான் உனக்கு அனுமதி தருவேன்.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
