சங்கீதம் 29
1 பலவான்களின் புத்திரரே, கர்த்தருக்கு மகிமையையும் வல்லமையையும் செலுத்துங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்கே அதைச்செலுத்துங்கள்.
2 கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்திற்குரிய மகிமையை அவருக்குச் செலுத்துங்கள்; பரிசுத்த அலங்காரத்துடனே கர்த்தரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுங்கள்.
3 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் தண்ணீர்களின்மேல் தொனிக்கிறது; மகிமையுள்ள தேவன் ழுழங்குகிறார்; கர்த்தர் திரளான தண்ணீர்களின்மேல் இருக்கிறார்.
4 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் வல்லமையுள்ளது; கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் மகத்துவமுள்ளது.
5 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் கேதுருமரங்களை முறிக்கிறது; கர்த்தர் லீபனோனின் கேதுருமரங்களை முறிக்கிறார்.
6 அவைகளைக் கன்றுக்குட்டிகளைப்போலவும், லீபனோனையும் சீரியோனையும் காண்டாமிருகக் குட்டிகளைப்போலவும் துள்ளப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
7 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் அக்கினிஜுவாலைகளைப் பிளக்கும்.
8 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் வனாந்தரத்தை அதிரப்பண்ணும்; கர்த்தர் காதேஸ் வனாந்தரத்தை அதிரப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
9 கர்த்தருடைய சத்தம் பெண்மான்களை ஈனும்படி செய்து, காடுகளை வெளியாக்கும்; அவருடைய ஆலயத்திலுள்ள யாவரும் அவருடைய மகிமையைப் பிரஸ்தாபிக்கிறார்கள்.
10 கர்த்தர் ஜலப்பிரவாகத்தின்மேல் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கிறார்; கர்த்தர் என்றென்றைக்கும் ராஜாவாக வீற்றிருக்கிறார்.
1 Give unto the Lord, O ye mighty, give unto the Lord glory and strength.
2 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars; yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
7 The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness; the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.
10 The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever.
