மனுஷர் நமக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்பினபோது கர்த்தர் நமது பக்கத்திலிராவிட்டால்,

לוּלֵ֣י, יְ֭הוָה, שֶׁהָ֣יָה, לָ֑נוּ
If
לוּלֵ֣יlûlêloo-LAY
it
had
not
been
the
Lord
יְ֭הוָהyĕhwâYEH-va
who
was
שֶׁהָ֣יָהšehāyâsheh-HA-ya
on
our
side,
when
men
לָ֑נוּlānûLA-noo
rose
up
בְּק֖וּםbĕqûmbeh-KOOM
against
עָלֵ֣ינוּʿālênûah-LAY-noo
us:
אָדָֽם׃ʾādāmah-DAHM
