நீ விதைத்தும் அறுக்காமற்போவாய்; நீ ஒலிவப்பழங்களையும் திராட்சப்பழங்களையும் ஆலையர்டினபோதிலும், எண்ணெய் பூசிக்கொள்வதுமில்லை இரசம் குடிப்பதுமில்லை.

וְלֹ֣א, אַתָּ֤ה

Thou	אַתָּ֤ה	ʾattâ	ah-TA
shalt eat,	תֹאכַל֙	tōʾkal	toh-HAHL
but not	וְלֹ֣א	wĕlōʾ	veh-LOH
be satisfied;	תִשְׂבָּ֔ע	tiśbāʿ	tees-BA
and thy casting down	וְיֶשְׁחֲךָ֖	wĕyešḥăkā	veh-yesh-huh-HA
shall be in the midst	בְּקִרְבֶּ֑ךָ	bĕqirbekā	beh-keer-BEH-ha
of thee; and thou shalt take hold,	וְתַסֵּג֙	wĕtassēg	veh-ta-SAɡE
but shalt not	וְלֹ֣א	wĕlōʾ	veh-LOH
deliver;	תַפְלִ֔יט	taplîṭ	tahf-LEET
and that which	וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר	waʾăšer	va-uh-SHER
thou deliverest	תְּפַלֵּ֖ט	tĕpallēṭ	teh-fa-LATE
will I give up	לַחֶ֥רֶב	laḥereb	la-HEH-rev
to the sword.	אֶתֵּֽן׃	ʾettēn	eh-TANE
