நியாயாதிபதிகள் 5
1 அந்நாளிலே தெபொராளும் அபினோகாமின் குமாரன் பாராக்கும் பாடினதாவது:
2 கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரவேலுக்காக நீதியைச் சரிக்கட்டினதினிமித்தமும், ஜனங்கள் மனப்பூர்வமாய்த் தங்களை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்ததினிமித்தமும் அவரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.
3 ராஜாக்களே, கேளுங்கள்; அதிபதிகளே, செவிகொடுங்கள்; நான் கர்த்தரைப்பாடி இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணுவேன்.
4 கர்த்தாவே, நீர் சேயீரிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு, ஏதோமின் வெளியிலிருந்து நடந்துவருகையில், பூமி அதிர்ந்தது, வானம் சொரிந்தது, மேகங்களும் தண்ணீராய்ப் பொழிந்தது.
5 கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகப் பர்வதங்கள் கரைந்தது; இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக சீனாயும் கரைந்தது.
6 ஆனாத்தின் குமாரனாகிய சம்காரின் நாட்களிலும், யாகேலின் நாட்களிலும், பெரும்பாதைகள் பாழாய்க் கிடந்தது; வழி நடக்கிறவர்கள் பக்கவழியாய் நடந்தார்கள்.
7 தெபொராளாகிய நான் எழும்புமளவும், இஸ்ரவேலிலே நான் தாயாக எழும்புமளவும், கிராமங்கள் பாழாய்ப்போயின, இஸ்ரவேலின் கிராமங்கள் பாழாய்ப்போயின.
8 நூதன தேவர்களைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்கள்; அப்பொழுது யுத்தம் வாசல்வரையும் வந்தது; இஸ்ரவேலிலே நாற்பதினாயிரம் பேருக்குள்ளே கேடகமும் ஈட்டியும் காணப்பட்டதுண்டோ?
9 ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே தங்களை மனப்பூர்வமாய் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்த இஸ்ரவேலின் அதிபதிகளை என் இருதயம் நாடுகிறது; கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.
10 வெள்ளைக் கழுதைகளின்மேல் ஏறுகிறவர்களே, நியாயஸ்தலத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கிறவர்களே, வழியில் நடக்கிறவர்களே, இதைப் பிரஸ்தாபியுங்கள்.
11 தண்ணீர் மொண்டுகொள்ளும் இடங்களில் வில்வீரரின் இரைச்சலுக்கு நீங்கினவர்கள் அங்கே கர்த்தரின் நீதிநியாயங்களையும், அவர் இஸ்ரவேலிலுள்ள தமது கிராமங்களுக்குச் செய்த நீதிநியாயங்களையுமே பிரஸ்தாபப்படுத்துவார்கள்; அதுமுதல் கர்த்தரின் ஜனங்கள் ஒலிமுக வாசல்களிலே போய் இறங்குவார்கள்.
12 விழி, விழி, தெபொராளே, விழி, விழி, பாட்டுப்பாடு; பாராக்கே, எழும்பு; அபினோகாமின் குமாரனே, உன்னைச் சிறையாக்கினவர்களைச் சிறையாக்கிக் கொண்டுபோ.
13 மீதியாயிருந்தவர்கள் ஜனத்தின் பிரபுக்களை ஆளும்படிசெய்தார்; கர்த்தர் எனக்குப் பராக்கிரமசாலிகளின் மேல் ஆளுகை தந்தார்.
14 அமலேக்குக்கு விரோதமாக இவர்களுடைய வேர் எப்பிராயீமிலிருந்து துளிர்த்தது; உன் ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே பென்யமீன் மனுஷர் உனக்குப் பின்சென்றார்கள்; மாகீரிலிருந்து அதிபதிகளும், செபுலோனிலிருந்து எழுதுகோலைப் பிடிக்கிறவர்களும் இறங்கிவந்தார்கள்.
15 இசக்காரின் பிரபுக்களும் தெபொராளோடே இருந்தார்கள்; பாராக்கைப்போல இசக்கார் மனுஷரும் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் கால்நடையாய் அனுப்பப்பட்டுப் போனார்கள்; ரூபனின் பிரிவினைகளால் உண்டான இருதயத்தின் நினைவுகள் மிகுதி.
16 மந்தைகளின் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்க, நீ தொழுவங்களின் நடுவே இருந்துவிட்டதென்ன? ரூபனின் பிரிவினைகளால் மனோவிசாரங்கள் மிகுதி.
17 கீலேயாத் மனுஷர் யோர்தானுக்கு அக்கரையிலே இருந்துவிட்டார்கள்; தாண் மனுஷர் கப்பல்களில் தங்கியிருந்ததென்ன? ஆசேர் மனுஷர் கடற்கரையிலே தங்கி, தங்கள் குடாக்களில் தாபரித்தார்கள்.
18 செபுலோனும் நப்தலியும் போர்க்களத்து முனையிலே தங்கள் உயிரை எண்ணாமல் மரணத்துக்குத் துணிந்து நின்றார்கள்.
19 ராஜாக்கள் வந்து யுத்தம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அப்பொழுது கானானியரின் ராஜாக்கள் மெகிதோவின் தண்ணீர் அருகான தானாக்கிலே யுத்தம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அவர்களுக்குத் திரவியக்கொள்ளை கிடைக்கவில்லை.
20 வானத்திலிருந்து யுத்தம் உண்டாயிற்று; நட்சத்திரங்கள் தங்கள் அயனங்களிலிருந்து சிசெராவோடே யுத்தம் பண்ணின.
21 கீசோன் நதி, பூர்வநதியாகிய கீசோன் நதியே, அவர்களை அடித்துக்கொண்டுபோயிற்று; என் ஆத்துமாவே, நீ பலவான்களை மிதித்தாய்.
22 அப்பொழுது குதிரைகளின் குளம்புகள்; பாய்ச்சலினாலே, பலவான்களின் பாய்ச்சலினாலேயே, பிளந்துபோயின.
23 மேரோசைச் சபியுங்கள்; அதின் குடிகளைச் சபிக்கவே சபியுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தருடைய தூதனானவர் சொல்லுகிறார்; அவர்கள் கர்த்தர் பட்சத்தில் துணைநிற்க வரவில்லை; பராக்கிரமசாலிகளுக்கு விரோதமாய் அவர்கள் கர்த்தர் பட்சத்தில் துணை நிற்க வரவில்லையே.
24 ஸ்திரீகளுக்குள்ளே கேனியனான ஏபேரின் மனைவியாகிய யாகேல் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவள், கூடாரத்தில் வாசமாயிருக்கிற ஸ்திரீகளுக்குள்ளே அவள் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவளே.
25 தண்ணீரைக் கேட்டான், பாலைக்கொடுத்தாள்; ராஜாக்களின் கிண்ணியிலே வெண்ணெயைக் கொண்டு வந்து கொடுத்தாள்.
26 தன் கையால் ஆணியையும், தன் வலதுகையால் தொழிலாளரின் கத்தியையும் பிடித்து, சிசெராவை அடித்தாள்; அவன் நெறியில் உருவக்கடாவி, அவன் தலையை உடைத்துப்போட்டாள்.
27 அவள் கால் அருகே அவன் மடங்கி விழுந்துகிடந்தான், அவள் கால் அருகே மடங்கி விழுந்தான்; அவன் எங்கே மடங்கி விழுந்தானோ அங்கே மடிந்து கிடந்தான்.
28 சிசெராவின் தாய் ஜன்னலில் நின்று பலகணிவழியாய்ப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்து: அவனுடைய ரதம் வராமல் பிந்திப்போனதென்ன? அவனுடைய ரதங்களின் ஓட்டம் தாமதிக்கிறதென்ன என்று புலம்பினாள்.
29 அவளுடைய நாயகிகளில் புத்திசாலிகள் அவளுக்கு உத்தரவு சொன்னதுமன்றி, அவள் தானும் தனக்கு மறுமொழியாக:
30 அவர்கள் கொள்ளையைக் கண்டு பிடிக்கவில்லையோ, அதைப் பங்கிடவேண்டாமோ, ஆளுக்கு இரண்டொரு பெண்களையும், சிசெராவுக்குக் கொள்ளையிட்ட பலவருணமான ஆடைகளையும், கொள்ளையிட்ட பலவருணமான சித்திரத் தையலாடைகளையும், கொள்ளையிட்டவர்களின் கழுத்துக்கு இருபுறமும் பொருந்தும் சித்திரத்தையலுள்ள பலவருணமான ஆடையையும் கொடுக்கவேண்டாமோ என்றாள்.
1 Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying,
2 Praise ye the Lord for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.
3 Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the Lord; I will sing praise to the Lord God of Israel.
4 Lord, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.
5 The mountains melted from before the Lord, even that Sinai from before the Lord God of Israel.
6 In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
7 The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.
8 They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
9 My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the Lord.
10 Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.
11 They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the Lord, even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel: then shall the people of the Lord go down to the gates.
12 Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
13 Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the Lord made me have dominion over the mighty.
14 Out of Ephraim was there a root of them against Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy people; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer.
15 And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah; even Issachar, and also Barak: he was sent on foot into the valley. For the divisions of Reuben there were great thoughts of heart.
16 Why abodest thou among the sheepfolds, to hear the bleatings of the flocks? For the divisions of Reuben there were great searchings of heart.
17 Gilead abode beyond Jordan: and why did Dan remain in ships? Asher continued on the sea shore, and abode in his breaches.
18 Zebulun and Naphtali were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field.
19 The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.
20 They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
21 The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength.
22 Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings, the pransings of their mighty ones.
23 Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the Lord, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the Lord, to the help of the Lord against the mighty.
24 Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.
25 He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish.
26 She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples.
27 At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
28 The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
29 Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,
30 Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil?

1 ఐగుప్తుదేశమునుండి యెహోవా రప్పించిన ఇశ్రా యేలీయులారా, మిమ్మునుగూర్చియు ఆయన రప్పించిన కుటుంబమువారినందరినిగూర్చియు ఆయన సెలవిచ్చిన మాట ఆలకించుడి.
Hear this word that the Lord hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
2 అదేమనగా భూమిమీది సకల వంశములలోను మిమ్మును మాత్రమే నేను ఎరిగియున్నాను గనుక మీరు చేసిన దోషక్రియలన్నిటినిబట్టి మిమ్మును శిక్షింతును.
You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.
3 సమ్మతింపకుండ ఇద్దరు కూడి నడుతురా?ఎర దొరకక సింహము అడవిలో గర్జించునా?
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
4 ఏమియు పట్టు కొనకుండనే కొదమ సింహము గుహలోనుండి బొబ్బ పెట్టునా?
Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?
5 భూమిమీద ఒకడును ఎరపెట్టకుండ పక్షి ఉరిలో చిక్కుపడునా? ఏమియు పట్టుబడకుండ ఉరి పెట్టువాడు వదలిలేచునా?
Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?
6 పట్టణమందు బాకానాదము వినబడగా జనులకు భయము పుట్టకుండునా? యెహోవా చేయనిది పట్టణములో ఉపద్రవము కలుగునా?
Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it?
7 తన సేవకులైన ప్రవక్తలకు తాను సంకల్పించినదానిని బయలు పరచకుండ ప్రభువైన యెహోవా యేమియు చేయడు.
Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
8 సింహము గర్జించెను, భయపడనివాడెవడు? ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చియున్నాడు, ప్రవచింపకుండువా డెవడు?
The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
9 అష్డోదు నగరులలో ప్రకటనచేయుడి, ఐగుప్తుదేశపు నగరులలో ప్రకటనచేయుడి; ఎట్లనగా--మీరు షోమ్రోను నకు ఎదురుగానున్న పర్వతములమీదికి కూడివచ్చి అందులో జరుగుచున్న గొప్ప అల్లరి చూడుడి; అందులో జనులు పడుచున్న బాధ కనుగొనుడి.
Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.
10 వారు నీతి క్రియలు చేయ తెలియక తమ నగరులలో బలాత్కారము చేతను దోపుడుచేతను సొమ్ము సమకూర్చుకొందురు.
For they know not to do right, saith the Lord, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.
11 కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా శత్రువు వచ్చును, అతడు దేశమంతట సంచరించి నీ ప్రభావమును కొట్టివేయగా నీ నగరులు పాడగును.
Therefore thus saith the Lord God; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.
12 యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగాగొల్లవాడు సింహము నోటనుండి రెండు కాళ్లనైనను చెవి ముక్కనైనను విడిపించు నట్లుగా షోమ్రోనులో మంచములమీదను బుట్టాలువేసిన శయ్యలమీదను కూర్చుండు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు రక్షింప బడుదురు.
Thus saith the Lord; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
13 ప్రభువును దేవుడును సైన్యములకధిపతియు నగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా--నా మాట ఆల కించి యాకోబు ఇంటివారికి దానిని రూఢిగా తెలియ జేయుడి.
Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord God, the God of hosts,
14 ఇశ్రాయేలువారు చేసిన దోషములనుబట్టి నేను వారిని శిక్షించు దినమున బేతేలులోని బలిపీఠములను నేను శిక్షింతును; ఆ బలిపీఠపు కొమ్ములు తెగవేయబడి నేలరాలును.
That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Beth-el: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.
15 చలికాలపు నగరును వేసవికాలపు నగరును నేను పడగొట్టెదను, దంతపు నగరులును లయమగును, బహు నగరులు పాడగును; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.
And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the Lord.
