thine

יְגִ֣יעַyĕgîaʿyeh-ɡEE-ah
and
shine
כַּפֶּ֑יךָkappêkāka-PAY-ha
upon
וְעַלwĕʿalveh-AL
the
counsel
עֲצַ֖תʿăṣatuh-TSAHT
of
the
wicked?
