இதோ, நான் இந்த முறை தேசத்தின் குடிகளைக் கவண்கொண்டெறிந்து, அவர்கள் கண்டு உணரும்படி அவர்களுக்கு நெருக்கமுண்டாக்குவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

ק֤וֹלqôlkole
the
noise
שְׁמוּעָה֙šĕmûʿāhsheh-moo-AH
of
the
bruit
הִנֵּ֣הhinnēhee-NAY
is
come,
בָאָ֔הbāʾâva-AH
and
a
great
וְרַ֥עַשׁwĕraʿašveh-RA-ash
commotion
גָּד֖וֹלgādôlɡa-DOLE
out
of
the
north
מֵאֶ֣רֶץmēʾereṣmay-EH-rets
country,
צָפ֑וֹןṣāpôntsa-FONE
to
make
לָשׂ֞וּםlāśûmla-SOOM

אֶתʾetet
the
cities
עָרֵ֧יʿārêah-RAY
of
Judah
יְהוּדָ֛הyĕhûdâyeh-hoo-DA
desolate,
שְׁמָמָ֖הšĕmāmâsheh-ma-MA
and
a
den
מְע֥וֹןmĕʿônmeh-ONE
of
dragons.
