பற்பல சந்ததிகளாய்ப் பிரிந்த இஸ்மவேலின் புத்திரருடைய நாமங்களாவன; இஸ்மவேலுடைய மூத்த மகன் நெபாயோத்; பின்பு கேதார், அத்பியேல், மிப்சாம்,

יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙
are
אֵ֣לֶּהʾēlleA-leh
are
These
the
הֵ֞םhēmhame
sons
of
בְּנֵ֤יbĕnêbeh-NAY
Ishmael,
these
יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙yišmāʿēlyeesh-ma-ALE
and
their
names,
וְאֵ֣לֶּהwĕʾēlleveh-A-leh
towns,
their
by
שְׁמֹתָ֔םšĕmōtāmsheh-moh-TAHM
and
by
their
castles;
בְּחַצְרֵיהֶ֖םbĕḥaṣrêhembeh-hahts-ray-HEM
twelve
וּבְטִֽירֹתָ֑םûbĕṭîrōtāmoo-veh-tee-roh-TAHM

שְׁנֵיםšĕnêmsheh-NAME
princes
עָשָׂ֥רʿāśārah-SAHR
according
to
their
nations.
נְשִׂיאִ֖םnĕśîʾimneh-see-EEM


לְאֻמֹּתָֽם׃lĕʾummōtāmleh-oo-moh-TAHM
