எகிப்தியர் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரைக் கொடுமையாய் வேலை வாங்கினார்கள்.

நீங்கள் எபிரெய ஸ்திரீகளுக்கு மருத்துவம் செய்யும்போது, அவர்கள் மணையின்மேல் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கையில், பார்த்து, ஆண்பிள்ளையானால் கொன்று போடுங்கள், பெண்பிள்ளையானால் உயிரோடிருக்கட்டும் என்றான்.

grew.
יִרְבֶּ֖הyirbeyeer-BEH
and
וְכֵ֣ןwĕkēnveh-HANE
And
they
were
grieved
יִפְרֹ֑ץyiprōṣyeef-ROHTS
because
וַיָּקֻ֕צוּwayyāquṣûva-ya-KOO-tsoo
of
the
children
מִפְּנֵ֖יmippĕnêmee-peh-NAY
of
Israel.
