ராஜாவின் அரமனை வாசல் முகப்புமட்டும் வந்தான்; இரட்டுடுத்தினவனாய் ராஜாவின் அரமனை வாசலுக்குள் பிரவேசிக்க ஒருவனுக்கும் உத்தரவில்லை.

כִּ֣י

For	כִּ֣י	kî	kee
if	אִם	ʾim	eem
thou altogether	הַֽחֲרֵ֣שׁ	haḥărēš	ha-huh-RAYSH
holdest thy peace	תַּֽחֲרִישִׁי֮	taḥărîšiy	ta-huh-ree-SHEE
at this	בָּעֵ֣ת	bāʿēt	ba-ATE
time,	הַזֹּאת֒	hazzōt	ha-ZOTE
then shall there enlargement	רֶ֣וַח	rewaḥ	REH-vahk
and deliverance	וְהַצָּלָ֞ה	wĕhaṣṣālâ	veh-ha-tsa-LA
arise	יַֽעֲמ֤וֹד	yaʿămôd	ya-uh-MODE
to the Jews	לַיְּהוּדִים֙	layyĕhûdîm	la-yeh-hoo-DEEM
from another	מִמָּק֣וֹם	mimmāqôm	mee-ma-KOME
place;	אַחֵ֔ר	ʾaḥēr	ah-HARE
but thou	וְאַ֥תְּ	wĕʾat	veh-AT
and thy father's	וּבֵית	ûbêt	oo-VATE
house	אָבִ֖יךְ	ʾābîk	ah-VEEK
shall be destroyed:	תֹּאבֵ֑דוּ	tōʾbēdû	toh-VAY-doo
and who	וּמִ֣י	ûmî	oo-MEE
knoweth	יוֹדֵ֔עַ	yôdēaʿ	yoh-DAY-ah
whether	אִם	ʾim	eem
thou art come	לְעֵ֣ת	lĕʿēt	leh-ATE
to the kingdom	כָּזֹ֔את	kāzōt	ka-ZOTE
for such a time	הִגַּ֖עַתְּ	higgaʿat	hee-ɡA-at
as this?	לַמַּלְכֽוּת׃	lammalkût	la-mahl-HOOT
