லேவியராகமம் 20:26
கர்த்தராகிய நான் பரிசுத்தராயிருக்கிறபடியினாலே நீங்களும் எனக்கேற்ற பரிசுத்தவான்களாயிருப்பீர்களாக, நீங்கள் என்னுடையவர்களாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, உங்களை மற்ற ஜனங்களை விட்டுப் பிரித்தெடுத்தேன்.
And all of you shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that all of you should be mine.
நெகேமியா 1:1
அகலியாவின் குமாரனாகிய நெகேமியாவின் நடபடிகள்: இருபதாம் வருஷம் கிஸ்லேயு மாதத்தில் நான் சூசானென்னும் அரமனையில் இருக்கும்போது சம்பவித்தது என்னவென்றால்,
The words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah. And it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace,
நெகேமியா 1:2
என் சகோதரரில் ஒருவனாகிய ஆனானியும், வேறே சில மனுஷரும் யூதாவிலிருந்து வந்தார்கள்; அவர்களிடத்தில் நான் சிறையிருப்பில் மீந்து தப்பின யூதரின் செய்தியையும், எருசலேமின் செய்தியையும் விசாரித்தேன்.
That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.
நெகேமியா 1:3
அதற்கு அவர்கள்: சிறையிருப்பில் மீந்திருக்கிறவர்கள் அந்தத் தேசத்திலே மகா தீங்கையும் நிந்தையையும் அநுபவிக்கிறார்கள்; எருசலேமின் அலங்கம் இடிபட்டதும், அதின் வாசல்கள் அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரிக்கப்பட்டதுமாய்க் கிடக்கிறது என்றார்கள்.
And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.

ஆகையால் நீங்கள் புசித்தாலும், குடித்தாலும், எதைச் செய்தாலும், எல்லாவற்றையும் தேவனுடைய மகிமைக்கென்று செய்யுங்கள்.
Whether therefore all of you eat, or drink, or whatsoever all of you do, do all to the glory of God.
எபிரெயர் 11:6
விசுவாசமில்லாமல் தேவனுக்குப் பிரியமாயிருப்பது கூடாதகாரியம்; ஏனென்றால், தேவனிடத்தில் சேருகிறவன் அவர் உண்டென்றும், அவர் தம்மைத்தேடுகிறவர்களுக்குப் பலன் அளிக்கிறவரென்றும் விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டும்.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

ரூத் 1:17
நீர் மரணமடையும் இடத்தில் நானும் மரணமடைந்து, அங்கே அடக்கம்பண்ணப்படுவேன்; மரணமேயல்லாமல் வேறொன்றும் உம்மை விட்டு என்னைப் பிரித்தால், கர்த்தர் அதற்குச் சரியாகவும் அதற்கு அதிகமாகவும் எனக்குச் செய்யக்கடவர் என்றாள்.
Where you die, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part you and me.
ரூத் 1:18
அவள் தன்னோடேகூட வர மன உறுதியாயிருக்கிறதைக் கண்டு, அப்புறம் அதைக்குறித்து அவளோடே ஒன்றும் பேசவில்லை.
When she saw that she was steadfastly minded to go with her, then she left speaking unto her.
நீதிமொழிகள் 16:3
உன் செய்கைகளைக் கர்த்தருக்கு ஒப்புவி; அப்பொழுது உன் யோசனைகள் உறுதிப்படும்.
Commit your works unto the LORD, and your thoughts shall be established.

இயேசு அதைக் கேட்டு: பயப்படாதே; விசுவாசமுள்ளவனாயிரு, அப்பொழுது அவள் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவாள் என்றார்.

யோசுவா 1:8
இந்த நியாயப்பிரமாண புஸ்தகம் உன் வாயைவிட்டுப் பிரியாதிருப்பதாக; இதில் எழுதியிருக்கிறவைகளின்படியெல்லாம் நீ செய்யக் கவனமாயிருக்கும்படி, இரவும் பகலும் அதைத் தியானித்துக்கொண்டிருப்பாயாக; அப்பொழுது நீ உன் வழியை வாய்க்கப்பண்ணுவாய், அப்பொழுது புத்திமானாகவும் நடந்துகொள்ளுவாய்.
This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.

கர்த்தருடைய வேதத்தில் பிரியமாயிருந்து, இரவும் பகலும் அவருடைய வேதத்தில் தியானமாயிருக்கிற மனுஷன் பாக்கியவான்.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law does he meditate day and night.
லூக்கா 8:40
இயேசு திரும்பி வந்தபோது, ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் அவருக்காகக் காத்திருந்தபடியால் அவரைச் சந்தோஷமாய் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்கள்.
And it came to pass, that, when Jesus was returned, the people gladly received him: for they were all waiting for him.

அப்பொழுது பன்னிரண்டு வருஷமாய்ப் பெரும்பாடுள்ளவளாயிருந்து, தன் ஆஸ்திகளையெல்லாம் வைத்தியர்களுக்குச் செலவழித்தும், ஒருவனாலும் சொஸ்தமாக்கப்படாதிருந்த ஒரு ஸ்திரீ,
And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any,
லூக்கா 8:44
அவருக்குப் பின்னாக வந்து, அவருடைய வஸ்திரத்தின் ஓரத்தைத் தொட்டாள்; உடனே அவளுடைய பெரும்பாடு நின்றுபோயிற்று.
Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stopped.
