மூன்றாவது, ஆகேயின் குமாரனாகிய சம்மா என்னும் ஆராரியன்; சிறுபயறு நிறைந்த வயலிருந்த இடத்திலே பெலிஸ்தர் ஏராளமாய்க் கூடி, ஜனங்கள் பெலிஸ்தரைக் கண்டு ஓடுகிறபேது,

אֲדֹנִ֣י, שְׁמָעֵ֔נִי

My lord,	אֲדֹנִ֣י	ʾădōnî	uh-doh-NEE
hearken	שְׁמָעֵ֔נִי	šĕmāʿēnî	sheh-ma-A-nee
unto me: the land	אֶרֶץ֩	ʾereṣ	eh-RETS
is worth four	אַרְבַּ֨ע	ʾarbaʿ	ar-BA
hundred	מֵאֹ֧ת	mēʾōt	may-OTE
shekels	שֶֽׁקֶל	šeqel	SHEH-kel
of silver;	כֶּ֛סֶף	kesep	KEH-sef
what	בֵּינִ֥י	bênî	bay-NEE
is that	וּבֵֽינְךָ֖	ûbênĕkā	oo-vay-neh-HA
betwixt	מַה	ma	ma
me and thee? bury	הִ֑וא	hiw	heev
therefore thy dead.	וְאֶת	wĕʾet	veh-ET
	מֵֽתְךָ֖	mētĕkā	may-teh-HA
	קְבֹֽר׃	qĕbōr	keh-VORE
