అయితే ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము కారకుడైనట్లు యెహూకూడ అందుకు కారకుడై, బేతేలు దాను అను స్థలములందున్న బంగారుదూడలను అనుసరించుట మాన లేదు.

Howbeit	רַ֠ק	raq	rahk
from the sins	חֲטָאֵ֞י	ḥăṭāʾê	huh-ta-A
of Jeroboam	יָֽרָבְעָ֤ם	yārobʿām	ya-rove-AM
the son	בֶּן	ben	ben
Nebat, of	נְבָט֙	nĕbāṭ	neh-VAHT
who	אֲשֶׁ֣ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
made	הֶֽחֱטִ֣יא	heḥĕṭîʾ	heh-hay-TEE
Israel	אֶת	ʾet	et
to sin,	יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
Jehu	לֹא	lōʾ	loh
departed	סָ֥ר	sār	sahr
not	יֵה֖וּא	yēhûʾ	yay-HOO
from after	מֵאַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם	mēʾaḥărêhem	may-ah-huh-ray-HEM
them, to wit, the golden	עֶגְלֵי֙	ʿeglēy	eɡ-LAY
calves	הַזָּהָ֔ב	hazzāhāb	ha-za-HAHV
that	אֲשֶׁ֥ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
were in Beth-el,	בֵּֽית	bêt	bate
and that	אֵ֖ל	ʾēl	ale
were in Dan.	וַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר	waʾăšer	va-uh-SHER
	בְּדָֽן׃	bĕdān	beh-DAHN
