Jeremiah 9:11
యెరూషలేమును పాడు దిబ్బలుగాను నక్కలకు చోటుగాను నేను చేయు చున్నాను, యూదాపట్టణములను నివాసిలేని పాడు స్థలముగా చేయుచున్నాను.

| the cities | עָרֵ֧י | ʿārê | ah-RAY |
| Judah of | יְהוּדָ֛ה | yĕhûdâ | yeh-hoo-DA |
| desolate, | אֶתֵּ֥ן | ʾettēn | eh-TANE |
| without | שְׁמָמָ֖ה | šĕmāmâ | sheh-ma-MA |
| an inhabitant. | מִבְּלִ֖י | mibbĕlî | mee-beh-LEE |
