Jeremiah 14:12
వారు ఉపవాస మున్నప్పుడు నేను వారి మొఱ్ఱను వినను; వారు దహనబలియైనను నైవేద్యమైనను అర్పించు నప్పుడు నేను వాటిని అంగీకరింపను; ఖడ్గమువలనను క్షామమువలనను తెగులువలనను వారిని నాశము చేసెదను

| burnt offering | עֹלָ֥ה | ʿōlâ | oh-LA |
| and an oblation, | וּמִנְחָ֖ה | ûminḥâ | oo-meen-HA |
| not will I | אֵינֶ֣נִּי | ʾênennî | ay-NEH-nee |
| accept | רֹצָ֑ם | rōṣām | roh-TSAHM |
| them: but | כִּ֗י | kî | kee |
| I | בַּחֶ֙רֶב֙ | baḥereb | ba-HEH-REV |
| will consume | וּבָרָעָ֣ב | ûbārāʿāb | oo-va-ra-AV |
| sword, the by them | וּבַדֶּ֔בֶר | ûbaddeber | oo-va-DEH-ver |
| famine, the by and | אָנֹכִ֖י | ʾānōkî | ah-noh-HEE |
| and by the pestilence. | מְכַלֶּ֥ה | mĕkalle | meh-ha-LEH |
