ਬਿਲਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੋਆਬ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਯਰਦਨ ਵਾਦੀ ਵੱਲ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਰੀਹੋ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ।
