Exodus 17:6
ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਰੇਬ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਆਪਣੀ ਸੋਟੀ ਉਸ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਉੱਪਰ ਮਾਰੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਿਕਲ ਆਵੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਲੋਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ।” ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆ।
