ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਯਹੂਦੀ, ਇਸਤੀਫ਼ਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਿਸ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ। ਇਹ ਯਹੂਦੀ, ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਸਨ, ਜੋ ਲਿਬਰਤੀਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਕੁਰੇਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਕੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸੀ। ਕਿਲਿਕਿਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਿਯਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਏ ਸਨ।
