ମାଶାେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଦବୋ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପାପ ସଂସାର ରେ ଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ନଥିବା କାରଣରୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାପରେ ପାପୀ ମାନି ନଥିଲେ।
