Joshua 9:18
କିନ୍ତୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ସହେିସବୁ ନଗର ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜି ହେଲେ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ନତେୃବର୍ଗ, ଏପରି ନ କରିବାକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗ ରେ ଶପଥ କରିଥିଲେ

| princes the | נִשְׁבְּע֤וּ | nišbĕʿû | neesh-beh-OO |
| of the congregation | לָהֶם֙ | lāhem | la-HEM |
| had sworn | נְשִׂיאֵ֣י | nĕśîʾê | neh-see-A |
| Lord the by them unto | הָֽעֵדָ֔ה | hāʿēdâ | ha-ay-DA |
| God | בַּֽיהוָ֖ה | bayhwâ | bai-VA |
| of Israel. | אֱלֹהֵ֣י | ʾĕlōhê | ay-loh-HAY |
| all And | יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| the congregation | וַיִּלֹּ֥נוּ | wayyillōnû | va-yee-LOH-noo |
| murmured | כָל | kāl | hahl |
| against | הָֽעֵדָ֖ה | hāʿēdâ | ha-ay-DA |
| the princes. | עַל | ʿal | al |
| הַנְּשִׂיאִֽים׃ | hannĕśîʾîm | ha-neh-see-EEM |
