Jeremiah 51:17
ମାତ୍ର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ ନିର୍ବୋଧ ଓ ଅଜ୍ଞାନ ଅଟନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ କ୍ରିଯା ସମାନେେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣକାର ଆପଣା ଖୋଦିତ ପ୍ରତିମା ଦ୍ବାରା ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହାଇେଅଛନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ସେ ଛାଞ୍ଚ ଢ଼ଳା ପ୍ରତିମା ମିଥ୍ଯା ଓ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି।

ଖାଦେିତ ପ୍ରତିମା ରେ କି ଲାଭ ଯେ, ଏହା ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲା ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ଖାଦେନ କଲା। ଧାତୁର ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ରେ କଣ ଲାଭ ଅଛି? ଏହା ମିଥ୍ଯା ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦିଏ। ତେଣୁ ନିର୍ମାଣକାରୀ କାହିଁକି ଏଥି ରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିବ? ଏପରିକି ସେ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି କଥା କହିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
Isaiah 44:18
ସସହିସଲାକମାଲନ କ'ଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି ବିଚାର କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।ସସମାଲନସଯପରିସଦଖି ନ ପାରିଲବ ଏଥିପାଇଁସସମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଓସସମାଲନସଯପରି ବୁଝି ନ ପାରିଲବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁସସମାନଙ୍କର ଚିତ୍ତସସ ମୁଦ୍ରିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିଷୟ ରେ କେତକେ ତଥ୍ଯ ଲୋକେ ଦେଖି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ତାହାଙ୍କର ଅନନ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତି ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ବରତ୍ବ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବୋଲି ପ୍ରମାଣିତ କରୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ କଥା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଗତର ସୃଷ୍ଟିର ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବୁଝିବା ପାଇଁ ସହଜ କରା ଯାଇଛି। ଏଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିବା ବସ୍ତୁଗୁଡ଼ିକରୁ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହାଇେ ଥାଏ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମନ୍ଦ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖ ରେ କୌଣସି ବାହାନା ନାହିଁ।
Jeremiah 50:2
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ମଧିଅରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି ପ୍ରଚାର କର। ଧ୍ବଜା ଉଠାଇ ପ୍ରଚାର କର ଓ ଗୋପନ ନ ରଖି କୁହ, 'ବାବିଲ ହସ୍ତଗତ ହେଲା, ବଲେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେଲା ; ମରୋଦକ ବିସ୍ମିତ ହେଲା ; ତାହାର ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେଲେ ଓ ତାହାର ଦବେତା ସକଳ ବିସ୍ମିତ ହେଲେ।'
Psalm 135:17
ସମାନଙ୍କେର କାନ ଅଛି ମାତ୍ର ସମାନେେ ଶୁଣି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନାକ ଅଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଶ୍ବାସ ପ୍ରଶ୍ବାସ ନାହିଁ।

ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନିର୍ମାଣକାରୀମାନେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସକାରୀମାନେ ସହେିପରି ହବେେ !

ସହେି ପ୍ରତିମାମାନଙ୍କର ପାଟି ଅଛି କିନ୍ତୁ କଥା କହିପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଆଖି ଅଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖି ପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
Psalm 92:5
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର କର୍ମସବୁ ମହତ୍। ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଚାରଧାରା ବୁଝିବା ଆମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷେ କଷ୍ଟକର।

କବଳେ ନିର୍ବୋଧଗଣ ଭାବନ୍ତି, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନାହାନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ଦୁର୍ନିତୀଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କୁକର୍ମଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଭୟଙ୍କର, ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହେି ଭଲକାମ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗରୁ ଥାଇ ତଳକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ନିକ୍ଷପେ କରି ଦେଖନ୍ତି ୟ ୟଦି କହେି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କ ଅନୁରକ୍ତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ନା ନାହିଁ। ବିଜ୍ଞ ଲୋକମାନେ ସର୍ବଦା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି।
