ବାଳକମାନେ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାଜିତ କରିବେ ଓ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସନ କରିବେ। ହେ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପଥପ୍ରଦର୍ଶକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିପଥଗାମୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ଯାଯପଥରୁ ଦୂ ରଇେ ନିଅନ୍ତି।
