ୟିହୋଯାଖୀନ୍ ଅଷ୍ଟାଦଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ରାଜ୍ଯ ଶାସନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ। ସେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ୍ ରେ ମାତ୍ର ତିନି ମାସ ରାଜତ୍ବ କଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ମାତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ନହୁଷ୍ଟା ଓ ସେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ୍ ନିବାସୀ ଇଲ୍ନାଥନ୍ର କନ୍ଯା।
