ଏହାପରେ ଯୋଶିୟ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ଓ ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ନିଯମକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଶପଥ କରାଇଲେ। ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ଲୋକମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବାଧ୍ଯ ହାଇେଥିଲେ, ସହେି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିଯମର ବାଧ୍ଯ ହେଲେ।
