הַדָּבָ֞ר word ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁר that uh-SHER הָיָ֤ה came ha-YA אֶֽל to el יִרְמְיָ֙הוּ֙ Jeremiah yeer-meh-YA-HOO מֵאֵ֣ת from may-ATE יְהוָ֔ה the yeh-VA אַחַ֣ר׀ Lord, ah-HAHR שַׁלַּ֣ח after sha-LAHK אֹת֗וֹ that oh-TOH נְבוּזַרְאֲדָ֛ן Nebuzar-adan neh-voo-zahr-uh-DAHN רַב the rahv טַבָּחִ֖ים captain ta-ba-HEEM מִן of meen הָֽרָמָ֑ה the ha-ra-MA בְּקַחְתּ֣וֹ guard beh-kahk-TOH אֹת֗וֹ had oh-TOH וְהֽוּא let veh-HOO אָס֤וּר him ah-SOOR בָּֽאזִקִּים֙ go ba-zee-KEEM בְּת֨וֹךְ from beh-TOKE כָּל Ramah, kahl גָּל֤וּת when ɡa-LOOT יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ he yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM וִֽיהוּדָ֔ה had vee-hoo-DA הַמֻּגְלִ֖ים taken ha-mooɡ-LEEM בָּבֶֽלָה׃ him ba-VEH-la -
וַיִּקַּ֥ח the va-yee-KAHK רַב captain rahv טַבָּחִ֖ים of ta-ba-HEEM לְיִרְמְיָ֑הוּ the leh-yeer-meh-YA-hoo וַיֹּ֣אמֶר guard va-YOH-mer אֵלָ֔יו took ay-LAV יְהוָ֣ה Jeremiah, yeh-VA אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ and ay-loh-HAY-ha דִּבֶּר֙ said dee-BER אֶת unto et הָרָעָ֣ה him, ha-ra-AH הַזֹּ֔את The ha-ZOTE אֶל Lord el הַמָּק֖וֹם thy ha-ma-KOME הַזֶּֽה׃ God ha-ZEH -
וַיָּבֵ֥א the va-ya-VAY וַיַּ֛עַשׂ Lord va-YA-as יְהוָ֖ה hath yeh-VA כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר brought ka-uh-SHER דִּבֵּ֑ר it, dee-BARE כִּֽי and kee חֲטָאתֶ֤ם done huh-ta-TEM לַֽיהוָה֙ according lai-VA וְלֹֽא as veh-LOH שְׁמַעְתֶּ֣ם he sheh-ma-TEM בְּקוֹל֔וֹ hath beh-koh-LOH וְהָיָ֥ה said: veh-ha-YA לָכֶ֖ם because la-HEM דָּבָ֥ר ye da-VAHR הַזֶּֽה׃ have ha-ZEH -
וְעַתָּ֞ה now, veh-ah-TA הִנֵּ֧ה behold, hee-NAY פִתַּחְתִּ֣יךָ I fee-tahk-TEE-ha הַיּ֗וֹם loose HA-yome מִֽן thee meen הָאזִקִּים֮ this ha-zee-KEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר day uh-SHER עַל from al יָדֶךָ֒ the ya-deh-HA אִם chains eem ט֨וֹב which tove בְּעֵינֶ֜יךָ were beh-ay-NAY-ha לָב֧וֹא upon la-VOH אִתִּ֣י thine ee-TEE בָבֶ֗ל hand. va-VEL בֹּ֚א If boh וְאָשִׂ֤ים it veh-ah-SEEM אֶת seem et עֵינִי֙ good ay-NEE עָלֶ֔יךָ unto ah-LAY-ha וְאִם thee veh-EEM רַ֧ע ra בְּעֵינֶ֛יךָ to beh-ay-NAY-ha לָבֽוֹא come la-VOH אִתִּ֥י with ee-TEE בָבֶ֖ל me va-VEL חֲדָ֑ל into huh-DAHL רְאֵה֙ Babylon, reh-A כָּל come; kahl הָאָ֣רֶץ and ha-AH-rets לְפָנֶ֔יךָ I leh-fa-NAY-ha אֶל will el ט֨וֹב look tove וְאֶל well veh-EL הַיָּשָׁ֧ר ha-ya-SHAHR בְּעֵינֶ֛יךָ beh-ay-NAY-ha לָלֶ֥כֶת unto la-LEH-het שָׁ֖מָּה thee: SHA-ma לֵֽךְ׃ but lake -
וְעוֹדֶ֣נּוּ while veh-oh-DEH-noo לֹֽא he loh יָשׁ֗וּב was ya-SHOOV וְשֻׁ֡בָה not veh-SHOO-va אֶל yet el גְּדַלְיָ֣ה gone ɡeh-dahl-YA בֶן back, ven אֲחִיקָ֣ם he uh-hee-KAHM בֶּן said, ben שָׁפָ֡ן Go sha-FAHN אֲשֶׁר֩ back uh-SHER הִפְקִ֨יד also heef-KEED מֶֽלֶךְ to MEH-lek בָּבֶ֜ל Gedaliah ba-VEL בְּעָרֵ֣י the beh-ah-RAY יְהוּדָ֗ה son yeh-hoo-DA וְשֵׁ֤ב of veh-SHAVE אִתּוֹ֙ Ahikam ee-TOH בְּת֣וֹךְ the beh-TOKE הָעָ֔ם son ha-AM א֠וֹ of oh אֶל Shaphan, el כָּל whom kahl הַיָּשָׁ֧ר the ha-ya-SHAHR בְּעֵינֶ֛יךָ king beh-ay-NAY-ha לָלֶ֖כֶת of la-LEH-het לֵ֑ךְ Babylon lake וַיִּתֶּן hath va-yee-TEN ל֧וֹ made loh רַב governor rahv טַבָּחִ֛ים over ta-ba-HEEM אֲרֻחָ֥ה the uh-roo-HA וּמַשְׂאֵ֖ת cities oo-mahs-ATE וַֽיְשַׁלְּחֵֽהוּ׃ of VA-sha-leh-HAY-hoo -
וַיָּבֹ֧א went va-ya-VOH יִרְמְיָ֛הוּ Jeremiah yeer-meh-YA-hoo אֶל unto el גְּדַלְיָ֥ה Gedaliah ɡeh-dahl-YA בֶן the ven אֲחִיקָ֖ם son uh-hee-KAHM הַמִּצְפָּ֑תָה of ha-meets-PA-ta וַיֵּ֤שֶׁב Ahikam va-YAY-shev אִתּוֹ֙ to ee-TOH בְּת֣וֹךְ Mizpah; beh-TOKE הָעָ֔ם and ha-AM הַנִּשְׁאָרִ֖ים dwelt ha-neesh-ah-REEM בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ with ba-AH-rets -
וַיִּשְׁמְעוּ֩ when va-yeesh-meh-OO כָל all hahl שָׂרֵ֨י the sa-RAY הַחֲיָלִ֜ים captains ha-huh-ya-LEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר of uh-SHER בַּשָּׂדֶ֗ה the ba-sa-DEH הֵ֚מָּה forces HAY-ma וְאַנְשֵׁיהֶ֔ם which veh-an-shay-HEM כִּֽי were kee הִפְקִ֧יד in heef-KEED מֶֽלֶךְ the MEH-lek בָּבֶ֛ל fields, ba-VEL אֶת even et גְּדַלְיָ֥הוּ they ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶן and ven אֲחִיקָ֖ם their uh-hee-KAHM בָּאָ֑רֶץ men, ba-AH-rets וְכִ֣י׀ heard veh-HEE הִפְקִ֣יד that heef-KEED אִתּ֗וֹ the EE-toh אֲנָשִׁ֤ים king uh-na-SHEEM וְנָשִׁים֙ of veh-na-SHEEM וָטָ֔ף Babylon va-TAHF וּמִדַּלַּ֣ת had oo-mee-da-LAHT הָאָ֔רֶץ made ha-AH-rets מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר may-uh-SHER לֹֽא Gedaliah loh הָגְל֖וּ the hoɡe-LOO בָּבֶֽלָה׃ son ba-VEH-la -
וַיָּבֹ֥אוּ they va-ya-VOH-oo אֶל came el גְּדַלְיָ֖ה to ɡeh-dahl-YA הַמִּצְפָּ֑תָה Gedaliah ha-meets-PA-ta וְיִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל to veh-yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן Mizpah, ben נְתַנְיָ֡הוּ even neh-tahn-YA-hoo וְיוֹחָנָ֣ן Ishmael veh-yoh-ha-NAHN וְיוֹנָתָ֣ן the veh-yoh-na-TAHN בְּנֵֽי son beh-NAY קָ֠רֵחַ of KA-ray-ak וּשְׂרָיָ֨ה Nethaniah, oo-seh-ra-YA בֶן and ven תַּנְחֻ֜מֶת Johanan tahn-HOO-met וּבְנֵ֣י׀ and oo-veh-NAY עֵופַ֣י Jonathan ave-FAI הַנְּטֹפָתִ֗י the ha-neh-toh-fa-TEE וִֽיזַנְיָ֙הוּ֙ sons vee-zahn-YA-HOO בֶּן of ben הַמַּ֣עֲכָתִ֔י Kareah, ha-MA-uh-ha-TEE הֵ֖מָּה and HAY-ma וְאַנְשֵׁיהֶֽם׃ Seraiah veh-an-shay-HEM -
וַיִּשָּׁבַ֨ע Gedaliah va-yee-sha-VA לָהֶ֜ם the la-HEM גְּדַלְיָ֨הוּ son ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶן of ven אֲחִיקָ֤ם Ahikam uh-hee-KAHM בֶּן the ben שָׁפָן֙ son sha-FAHN וּלְאַנְשֵׁיהֶ֣ם of oo-leh-an-shay-HEM לֵאמֹ֔ר Shaphan lay-MORE אַל sware al תִּֽירְא֖וּ unto tee-reh-OO מֵעֲב֣וֹד them may-uh-VODE הַכַּשְׂדִּ֑ים and ha-kahs-DEEM שְׁב֣וּ to sheh-VOO בָאָ֗רֶץ their va-AH-rets וְעִבְד֛וּ men, veh-eev-DOO אֶת saying, et מֶ֥לֶךְ Fear MEH-lek בָּבֶ֖ל not ba-VEL וְיִיטַ֥ב to veh-yee-TAHV לָכֶֽם׃ serve la-HEM -
וַאֲנִ֗י for va-uh-NEE הִנְנִ֤י me, heen-NEE יֹשֵׁב֙ behold, yoh-SHAVE בַּמִּצְפָּ֔ה I ba-meets-PA לַֽעֲמֹד֙ will la-uh-MODE לִפְנֵ֣י dwell leef-NAY הַכַּשְׂדִּ֔ים at ha-kahs-DEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר Mizpah uh-SHER יָבֹ֖אוּ to ya-VOH-oo אֵלֵ֑ינוּ serve ay-LAY-noo וְאַתֶּ֡ם veh-ah-TEM אִסְפוּ֩ the ees-FOO יַ֨יִן Chaldeans, YA-yeen וְקַ֜יִץ which veh-KA-yeets וְשֶׁ֗מֶן will veh-SHEH-men וְשִׂ֙מוּ֙ come veh-SEE-MOO בִּכְלֵיכֶ֔ם unto beek-lay-HEM וּשְׁב֖וּ us: oo-sheh-VOO בְּעָרֵיכֶ֥ם but beh-ah-ray-HEM אֲשֶׁר ye, uh-SHER תְּפַשְׂתֶּֽם׃ gather teh-fahs-TEM -
וְגַ֣ם when veh-ɡAHM כָּֽל all kahl הַיְּהוּדִ֡ים the ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM אֲשֶׁר Jews uh-SHER בְּמוֹאָ֣ב׀ that beh-moh-AV וּבִבְנֵֽי were oo-veev-NAY עַמּ֨וֹן in AH-mone וּבֶאֱד֜וֹם Moab, oo-veh-ay-DOME וַאֲשֶׁ֤ר and va-uh-SHER בְּכָל among beh-HAHL הָֽאֲרָצוֹת֙ the ha-uh-ra-TSOTE שָֽׁמְע֔וּ Ammonites, sha-meh-OO כִּֽי kee נָתַ֧ן and na-TAHN מֶֽלֶךְ in MEH-lek בָּבֶ֛ל Edom, ba-VEL שְׁאֵרִ֖ית and sheh-ay-REET לִֽיהוּדָ֑ה that lee-hoo-DA וְכִי֙ were veh-HEE הִפְקִ֣יד in heef-KEED עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם all uh-lay-HEM אֶת the et גְּדַלְיָ֖הוּ countries, ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶּן heard ben אֲחִיקָ֥ם that uh-hee-KAHM בֶּן the ben שָׁפָֽן׃ king sha-FAHN -
וַיָּשֻׁ֣בוּ all va-ya-SHOO-voo כָל the hahl הַיְּהוּדִ֗ים Jews ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM מִכָּל returned mee-KAHL הַמְּקֹמוֹת֙ out ha-meh-koh-MOTE אֲשֶׁ֣ר of uh-SHER נִדְּחוּ all nee-deh-HOO שָׁ֔ם places shahm וַיָּבֹ֧אוּ whither va-ya-VOH-oo אֶֽרֶץ EH-rets יְהוּדָ֛ה they yeh-hoo-DA אֶל were el גְּדַלְיָ֖הוּ driven, ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo הַמִּצְפָּ֑תָה and ha-meets-PA-ta וַיַּאַסְפ֛וּ came va-ya-as-FOO יַ֥יִן to YA-yeen וָקַ֖יִץ the va-KA-yeets הַרְבֵּ֥ה land hahr-BAY מְאֹֽד׃ of meh-ODE -
וְיֽוֹחָנָן֙ Johanan veh-yoh-ha-NAHN בֶּן the ben קָרֵ֔חַ son ka-RAY-ak וְכָל of veh-HAHL שָׂרֵ֥י Kareah, sa-RAY הַחֲיָלִ֖ים and ha-huh-ya-LEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר all uh-SHER בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה the ba-sa-DEH בָּ֥אוּ captains BA-oo אֶל of el גְּדַלְיָ֖הוּ the ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo הַמִּצְפָּֽתָה׃ forces ha-meets-PA-ta -

וְיוֹחָנָ֣ן Johanan veh-yoh-ha-NAHN בֶּן the ben קָרֵ֡חַ son ka-RAY-ak אָמַ֣ר of ah-MAHR אֶל Kareah el גְּדַלְיָהוּ֩ spake ɡeh-dahl-ya-HOO בַסֵּ֨תֶר to va-SAY-ter בַּמִּצְפָּ֜ה Gedaliah ba-meets-PA לֵאמֹ֗ר in lay-MORE אֵ֤לְכָה Mizpah A-leh-ha נָּא֙ secretly, na וְאַכֶּה֙ saying, veh-ah-KEH אֶת Let et יִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל me yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן go, ben נְתַנְיָ֔ה I neh-tahn-YA וְאִ֖ישׁ pray veh-EESH לֹ֣א thee, loh יֵדָ֑ע and yay-DA לָ֧מָּה I LA-ma יַכֶּ֣כָּה will ya-KEH-ka נֶּ֗פֶשׁ slay NEH-fesh וְנָפֹ֙צוּ֙ veh-na-FOH-TSOO כָּל Ishmael kahl יְהוּדָ֔ה the yeh-hoo-DA הַנִּקְבָּצִ֣ים son ha-neek-ba-TSEEM אֵלֶ֔יךָ of ay-LAY-ha וְאָבְדָ֖ה Nethaniah, veh-ove-DA שְׁאֵרִ֥ית and sheh-ay-REET יְהוּדָֽה׃ no yeh-hoo-DA -
