അവന്റെ ഗണം ആകെ നാല്പതിനായിരത്തഞ്ഞൂറു പേർ.

| numbered were that those and | וּפְקֻֽדֵיהֶ֑ם | ûpĕqudêhem | oo-feh-koo-day-HEM |
| forty were them, of | אַרְבָּעִ֥ים | ʾarbāʿîm | ar-ba-EEM |
| thousand | אֶ֖לֶף | ʾelep | EH-lef |
| and five | וַֽחֲמֵ֥שׁ | waḥămēš | va-huh-MAYSH |
| hundred. | מֵאֽוֹת׃ | mēʾôt | may-OTE |
