അവരുടെ ഉദ്ദേശം നിഷ്ഫലമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ പാർസിരാജാവായ കോരെശിന്റെ കാലത്തൊക്കെയും പാർസിരാജാവായ ദാർയ്യാവേശിന്റെ വാഴ്ചവരെയും അവർക്കു വിരോധമായി കാര്യസ്ഥന്മാരെ കൈക്കൂലി കൊടുത്തു വശത്താക്കി.

king
מֶ֣לֶךְmelekMEH-lek

Persia,
פָּרַ֔סpāraspa-RAHS
even

וְעַדwĕʿadveh-AD
reign
the
מַלְכ֖וּתmalkûtmahl-HOOT
of
Darius
דָּֽרְיָ֥וֶשׁdārĕyāwešda-reh-YA-vesh
king
מֶֽלֶךְmelekMEH-lek

Persia.
