താനും ബാലനും മാത്രം അകത്തു ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കെ അവൻ വാതിൽ അടെച്ചു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.

| and prayed | וַיִּתְפַּלֵּ֖ל | wayyitpallēl | va-yeet-pa-LALE |
| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
