Joel 2:25
ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ മഹാസൈന്യമായ വെട്ടുക്കിളിയും വിട്ടിലും തുള്ളനും പച്ചപ്പുഴുവും തിന്നുകളഞ്ഞ സംവത്സരങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു പകരം നല്കും.

| the locust | אֲשֶׁר֙ | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| hath eaten, | אָכַ֣ל | ʾākal | ah-HAHL |
| cankerworm, the | הָֽאַרְבֶּ֔ה | hāʾarbe | ha-ar-BEH |
| and the caterpiller, | הַיֶּ֖לֶק | hayyeleq | ha-YEH-lek |
| and the palmerworm, | וְהֶחָסִ֣יל | wĕheḥāsîl | veh-heh-ha-SEEL |
| great my | וְהַגָּזָ֑ם | wĕhaggāzām | veh-ha-ɡa-ZAHM |
| army | חֵילִי֙ | ḥêliy | hay-LEE |
| which | הַגָּד֔וֹל | haggādôl | ha-ɡa-DOLE |
| I sent | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| among you. | שִׁלַּ֖חְתִּי | šillaḥtî | shee-LAHK-tee |
| בָּכֶֽם׃ | bākem | ba-HEM |
