2 Samuel 21:2
രാജാവു ഗിബെയോന്യരെ വിളിച്ചു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു:--ഗിബെയോന്യർ യിസ്രായേല്യരല്ല അമോർയ്യരിൽ ശേഷിച്ചവരത്രേ; അവരോടു യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കൾ സത്യം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു; എങ്കിലും ശൌൽ യിസ്രായേല്യർക്കും യെഹൂദ്യർക്കും വേണ്ടി തനിക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്ന എരിവിൽ അവരെ സംഹരിച്ചുകളവാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു--

And
the
king
וַיִּקְרָ֥אwayyiqrāʾva-yeek-RA
called
הַמֶּ֛לֶךְhammelekha-MEH-lek
the
Gibeonites,
לַגִּבְעֹנִ֖יםlaggibʿōnîmla-ɡeev-oh-NEEM
said
and
וַיֹּ֣אמֶרwayyōʾmerva-YOH-mer
unto
אֲלֵיהֶ֑םʾălêhemuh-lay-HEM
them;
(now
the
Gibeonites
וְהַגִּבְעֹנִ֞יםwĕhaggibʿōnîmveh-ha-ɡeev-oh-NEEM
not
were
לֹ֣אlōʾloh
of
the
children
מִבְּנֵ֧יmibbĕnêmee-beh-NAY
of
Israel,
יִשְׂרָאֵ֣לyiśrāʾēlyees-ra-ALE
but
הֵ֗מָּהhēmmâHAY-ma

כִּ֚יkîkee
of
the
remnant
אִםʾimeem
Amorites;
the
of
מִיֶּ֣תֶרmiyyetermee-YEH-ter
and
the
children
הָֽאֱמֹרִ֔יhāʾĕmōrîha-ay-moh-REE
of
Israel
וּבְנֵ֤יûbĕnêoo-veh-NAY
sworn
had
יִשְׂרָאֵל֙yiśrāʾēlyees-ra-ALE
unto
them:
and
Saul
נִשְׁבְּע֣וּnišbĕʿûneesh-beh-OO
sought
לָהֶ֔םlāhemla-HEM
slay
to
וַיְבַקֵּ֤שׁwaybaqqēšvai-va-KAYSH
them
in
his
zeal
שָׁאוּל֙šāʾûlsha-OOL
children
the
to
לְהַכֹּתָ֔םlĕhakkōtāmleh-ha-koh-TAHM
of
Israel
בְּקַנֹּאת֥וֹbĕqannōʾtôbeh-ka-noh-TOH
and
Judah.)
לִבְנֵֽיlibnêleev-NAY
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖לyiśrāʾēlyees-ra-ALE
וִֽיהוּדָֽה׃wîhûdâVEE-hoo-DA
