அந்நாளிலே ஆணும் பெண்ணுமாக ஆயியின் மனுஷர் எல்லாரும் பன்னீராயிரம்பேர் விழுந்தார்கள்.

அது முறிந்துபோனபின்பு அதற்குப் பதிலாக நான்கு கொம்புகள் எழும்பினது என்னவென்றால், அந்த தேசத்திலே நான்கு ராஜ்ஜியங்கள் எழும்பும்; ஆனாலும் அவனுக்கு இருந்த வல்லமை அவைகளுக்கு இருக்காது.

அந்தக் கொம்பு உடைந்தது. அந்த இடத்தில் நான்கு கொம்புகள் முளைத்தன. அந்த நான்கு கொம்புகளும் நான்கு இராஜ்யங்களாகும். அந்த நான்கு இராஜ்யங்களும் முதல் அரசனின் தேசத்திலிருந்து வரும். ஆனால் அந்த நான்கு தேசங்களும் முதல் அரசனைப் போன்று அவ்வளவு பலமுடையதாக இல்லை.
