இதோ, அவருடைய பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் வெளியிலே அலறுகிறார்கள்; சமாதானத்து ஸ்தானாபதிகள் மனங்கசந்து அழுகிறார்கள்.

சீயோனிலே துயரப்பட்டவர்களைச் சீர்ப்படுத்தவும், அவர்களுக்குச் சாம்பலுக்குப் பதிலாக அலங்காரத்தையும், துயரத்திற்குப் பதிலாக ஆனந்த தைலத்தையும், ஒடுங்கின ஆவிக்குப் பதிலாகத் துதியின் உடையையும் கொடுக்கவும் அவர் என்னை அனுப்பினார்; அவர்கள் கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய மகிமைக்கென்று நாட்டின நீதியின் மரங்கள் எனப்படுவார்கள்.

சீயோனிலுள்ள துக்கப்பட்ட ஜனங்களிடம் தேவன் என்னை அனுப்பினார். நான் அவர்களைக் கொண்டாட்டத்திற்கு தயார் செய்வேன். நான் அவர்கள் தலையிலிருந்து சாம்பலை எடுத்துவிட்டு அவர்களுக்கு கிரீடத்தைக் கொடுப்பேன்.நான் அவர்களின் துக்கத்தை எடுத்துவிட்டு மகிழ்ச்சியின் எண்ணெயைக் கொடுப்பேன். நான் அவர்களின் துயரத்தை எடுத்துவிட்டு கொண்டாட்டத்தின் ஆடைகளைக் கொடுப்பேன். நான் ‘நல்ல மரங்கள்’ என்றும் ‘கர்த்தருடைய அற்புதமான செடிகள்’ என்றும் அந்த ஜனங்களுக்குப் பெயரிட தேவன் என்னை அனுப்பினார்”.

சீயோனிலே துயரப்பட்டவர்களைச் சீர்ப்படுத்தவும் அவர்களுக்குச் சாம்பலுக்குப் பதிலாகச் சிங்காரத்தையும், துயரத்துக்குப் பதிலாக ஆனந்த தைலத்தையும், ஒடுங்கின ஆவிக்குப் பதிலாகத் துதியின் உடையையும் கொடுக்கவும், அவர் என்னை அனுப்பினார்; அவர்கள் கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய மகிமைக்கென்று நாட்டின நீதியின் விருட்சங்களென்னப்படுவார்கள்.
