דִּבְרֵ֥י words deev-RAY נְחֶמְיָ֖ה of neh-hem-YA בֶּן Nehemiah ben חֲכַלְיָ֑ה the huh-hahl-YA וַיְהִ֤י son vai-HEE בְחֹֽדֶשׁ of veh-HOH-desh כִּסְלֵו֙ Hachaliah. kees-LAVE שְׁנַ֣ת And sheh-NAHT עֶשְׂרִ֔ים it es-REEM וַֽאֲנִ֥י came va-uh-NEE הָיִ֖יתִי to ha-YEE-tee בְּשׁוּשַׁ֥ן pass beh-shoo-SHAHN הַבִּירָֽה׃ in ha-bee-RA -
וַיָּבֹ֨א Hanani, va-ya-VOH חֲנָ֜נִי one huh-NA-nee אֶחָ֧ד of eh-HAHD מֵֽאַחַ֛י my may-ah-HAI ה֥וּא brethren, hoo וַֽאֲנָשִׁ֖ים came, va-uh-na-SHEEM מִֽיהוּדָ֑ה he mee-hoo-DA וָֽאֶשְׁאָלֵ֞ם and va-esh-ah-LAME עַל certain al הַיְּהוּדִ֧ים men ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM הַפְּלֵיטָ֛ה of ha-peh-lay-TA אֲשֶֽׁר Judah; uh-SHER נִשְׁאֲר֥וּ and neesh-uh-ROO מִן I meen הַשֶּׁ֖בִי asked ha-SHEH-vee וְעַל them veh-AL יְרֽוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ concerning yeh-ROO-sha-loh-EEM -
וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֮ they va-yoh-meh-ROO לִי֒ said lee הַֽנִּשְׁאָרִ֞ים unto ha-neesh-ah-REEM אֲשֶֽׁר me, uh-SHER נִשְׁאֲר֤וּ The neesh-uh-ROO מִן remnant meen הַשְּׁבִי֙ that ha-sheh-VEE שָׁ֣ם are shahm בַּמְּדִינָ֔ה left ba-meh-dee-NA בְּרָעָ֥ה of beh-ra-AH גְדֹלָ֖ה the ɡeh-doh-LA וּבְחֶרְפָּ֑ה captivity oo-veh-her-PA וְחוֹמַ֤ת there veh-hoh-MAHT יְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ in yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM מְפֹרָ֔צֶת the meh-foh-RA-tset וּשְׁעָרֶ֖יהָ province oo-sheh-ah-RAY-ha נִצְּת֥וּ are nee-tseh-TOO בָאֵֽשׁ׃ in va-AYSH -
וַיְהִ֞י it vai-HEE כְּשָׁמְעִ֣י׀ came keh-shome-EE אֶת to et הַדְּבָרִ֣ים pass, ha-deh-va-REEM הָאֵ֗לֶּה when ha-A-leh יָשַׁ֙בְתִּי֙ I ya-SHAHV-TEE וָֽאֶבְכֶּ֔ה heard va-ev-KEH וָֽאֶתְאַבְּלָ֖ה va-et-ah-beh-LA יָמִ֑ים these ya-MEEM וָֽאֱהִ֥י words, va-ay-HEE צָם֙ that tsahm וּמִתְפַּלֵּ֔ל I oo-meet-pa-LALE לִפְנֵ֖י sat leef-NAY אֱלֹהֵ֥י down ay-loh-HAY הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ and ha-sha-MA-yeem -
וָֽאֹמַ֗ר said, va-oh-MAHR אָֽנָּ֤א I ah-NA יְהוָה֙ beseech yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵ֣י thee, ay-loh-HAY הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם O ha-sha-MA-yeem הָאֵ֥ל Lord ha-ALE הַגָּד֖וֹל God ha-ɡa-DOLE וְהַנּוֹרָ֑א of veh-ha-noh-RA שֹׁמֵ֤ר heaven, shoh-MARE הַבְּרִית֙ the ha-beh-REET וָחֶ֔סֶד great va-HEH-sed לְאֹֽהֲבָ֖יו and leh-oh-huh-VAV וּלְשֹֽׁמְרֵ֥י terrible oo-leh-shoh-meh-RAY מִצְוֹתָֽיו׃ God, mee-ts-oh-TAIV -
תְּהִ֣י thine teh-HEE נָ֣א ear na אָזְנְךָֽ now oze-neh-HA קַשֶּׁ֣בֶת be ka-SHEH-vet וְֽעֵינֶ֪יךָ attentive, veh-ay-NAY-ha פְתֻוּח֟וֹת and feh-too-WKOTE לִשְׁמֹ֣עַ thine leesh-MOH-ah אֶל eyes el תְּפִלַּ֣ת open, teh-fee-LAHT עַבְדְּךָ֡ that av-deh-HA אֲשֶׁ֣ר thou uh-SHER אָֽנֹכִי֩ mayest ah-noh-HEE מִתְפַּלֵּ֨ל hear meet-pa-LALE לְפָנֶ֤יךָ leh-fa-NAY-ha הַיּוֹם֙ the ha-YOME יוֹמָ֣ם prayer yoh-MAHM וָלַ֔יְלָה of va-LA-la עַל thy al בְּנֵ֥י servant, beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל which yees-ra-ALE עֲבָדֶ֑יךָ I uh-va-DAY-ha וּמִתְוַדֶּ֗ה pray oo-meet-va-DEH עַל before al חַטֹּ֤אות thee ha-TOVE-t בְּנֵֽי now, beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ day yees-ra-ALE אֲשֶׁ֣ר and uh-SHER חָטָ֣אנוּ night, ha-TA-noo לָ֔ךְ for lahk וַֽאֲנִ֥י the va-uh-NEE וּבֵית children oo-VATE אָבִ֖י of ah-VEE חָטָֽאנוּ׃ Israel ha-TA-noo -
חֲבֹ֖ל have huh-VOLE חָבַ֣לְנוּ dealt ha-VAHL-noo לָ֑ךְ very lahk וְלֹֽא corruptly veh-LOH שָׁמַ֣רְנוּ against sha-MAHR-noo אֶת thee, et הַמִּצְוֹ֗ת and ha-mee-ts-OTE וְאֶת have veh-ET הַֽחֻקִּים֙ not ha-hoo-KEEM וְאֶת kept veh-ET הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים ha-meesh-pa-TEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר the uh-SHER צִוִּ֖יתָ commandments, tsee-WEE-ta אֶת nor et מֹשֶׁ֥ה the moh-SHEH עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃ statutes, av-DEH-ha -
זְכָר I zeh-HAHR נָא֙ beseech na אֶת thee, et הַדָּבָ֔ר ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁ֥ר the uh-SHER צִוִּ֛יתָ word tsee-WEE-ta אֶת that et מֹשֶׁ֥ה thou moh-SHEH עַבְדְּךָ֖ commandedst av-deh-HA לֵאמֹ֑ר lay-MORE אַתֶּ֣ם thy ah-TEM תִּמְעָ֔לוּ servant teem-AH-loo אֲנִ֕י Moses, uh-NEE אָפִ֥יץ saying, ah-FEETS אֶתְכֶ֖ם If et-HEM בָּֽעַמִּֽים׃ ye BA-ah-MEEM -
וְשַׁבְתֶּ֣ם if veh-shahv-TEM אֵלַ֔י ye ay-LAI וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֙ turn oo-sheh-mahr-TEM מִצְוֹתַ֔י unto mee-ts-oh-TAI וַֽעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם me, va-uh-see-TEM אֹתָ֑ם and oh-TAHM אִם keep eem יִֽהְיֶ֨ה my yee-heh-YEH נִֽדַּחֲכֶ֜ם commandments, nee-da-huh-HEM בִּקְצֵ֤ה and beek-TSAY הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ do ha-sha-MA-YEEM מִשָּׁ֣ם them; mee-SHAHM אֲקַבְּצֵ֔ם though uh-ka-beh-TSAME וַהֲבִֽואֹתִים֙ there va-huh-veev-oh-TEEM אֶל were el הַמָּק֔וֹם of ha-ma-KOME אֲשֶׁ֣ר you uh-SHER בָּחַ֔רְתִּי cast ba-HAHR-tee לְשַׁכֵּ֥ן out leh-sha-KANE אֶת unto et שְׁמִ֖י the sheh-MEE שָֽׁם׃ uttermost shahm -
וְהֵ֥ם these veh-HAME עֲבָדֶ֖יךָ are uh-va-DAY-ha וְעַמֶּ֑ךָ thy veh-ah-MEH-ha אֲשֶׁ֤ר servants uh-SHER פָּדִ֙יתָ֙ and pa-DEE-TA בְּכֹֽחֲךָ֣ thy beh-hoh-huh-HA הַגָּד֔וֹל people, ha-ɡa-DOLE וּבְיָֽדְךָ֖ whom oo-veh-ya-deh-HA הַֽחֲזָקָֽה׃ thou HA-huh-za-KA -
אָנָּ֣א Lord, oh-NA אֲדֹנָ֗י I uh-doh-NAI תְּהִ֣י beseech teh-HEE נָ֣א thee, na אָזְנְךָֽ let oze-neh-HA קַ֠שֶּׁבֶת now KA-sheh-vet אֶל thine el תְּפִלַּ֨ת ear teh-fee-LAHT עַבְדְּךָ֜ be av-deh-HA וְאֶל attentive veh-EL תְּפִלַּ֣ת to teh-fee-LAHT עֲבָדֶ֗יךָ the uh-va-DAY-ha הַֽחֲפֵצִים֙ prayer ha-huh-fay-TSEEM לְיִרְאָ֣ה of leh-yeer-AH אֶת thy et שְׁמֶ֔ךָ servant, sheh-MEH-ha וְהַצְלִֽיחָה and veh-hahts-LEE-ha נָּ֤א to na לְעַבְדְּךָ֙ the leh-av-deh-HA הַיּ֔וֹם prayer HA-yome וּתְנֵ֣הוּ of oo-teh-NAY-hoo לְרַֽחֲמִ֔ים thy leh-ra-huh-MEEM לִפְנֵ֖י servants, leef-NAY הָאִ֣ישׁ who ha-EESH הַזֶּ֑ה desire ha-ZEH וַֽאֲנִ֛י to va-uh-NEE הָיִ֥יתִי fear ha-YEE-tee מַשְׁקֶ֖ה mahsh-KEH לַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ thy la-MEH-lek
