என் தகப்பனே, அப்படியல்ல, இவன் மூத்தவன், இவனுடைய தலையின்மேல் உம்முடைய வலதுகையை வைக்கவேண்டும் என்றான்.

ஆத்தாத்தின் களத்திலே துக்கம்அனுசரிக்கிறதை அந்த தேசத்தின் குடிமக்களாகிய கானானியர்கள் கண்டு: இது எகிப்தியருக்குப் பெரிய துக்கம்அனுசரித்தல் என்றார்கள். அதனால் யோர்தானுக்கு அப்பால் இருக்கிற அந்த இடத்திற்கு ஆபேல்மிஸ்ராயீம் என்னும் பெயர் உண்டானது.
