Isaiah 45:13
I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, says the LORD of hosts.

நான் நீதியின்படி அவனை எழுப்பினேன்; அவன் வழிகளையெல்லாம் செவ்வைப்படுத்துவேன்; அவன் என் நகரத்தைக் கட்டி, சிறைப்பட்டுப்போன என்னுடையவர்களை விலையில்லாமலும் லஞ்சமில்லாமலும் விடுதலையாக்குவான் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார்.
