O my soul, come not you into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not you united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their self-will they dug down a wall.

என் ஆத்துமாவே, அவர்களுடைய இரகசிய ஆலோசனைக்கு உடன்படாதே; என் மேன்மையே, அவர்கள் கூட்டத்தில் நீ சேராதே; அவர்கள் தங்கள் கோபத்தினாலே ஒரு மனிதனைக் கொன்று, தங்கள் அகங்காரத்தினாலே அரண்களை அழித்தார்களே.
