That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwells within curtains.

தாவீது அரசன் தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானை நோக்கி, “பாரும், நான் தேவதாரு மரங்களால் அமைந்த அழகிய வீட்டில் வாழ்கிறேன். ஆனால் தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டியோ ஒரு கூடாரத்திலேயே இன்னும் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது! பரிசுத்தப் பெட்டிக்கு அழகான நல்ல கட்டிடம் நாம் கட்ட வேண்டும்” என்றான்.
