அவர்கள் எப்ரோனை வந்தடைந்தனர். இஸ்போசேத்தின் தலையை தாவீதிடம் கொடுத்தனர். ரிம்மோனின் பிள்ளைகளாகிய ரேகாபும் பானாவும் தாவீது அரசனை நோக்கி, “இதோ உம்மைக் கொல்ல முயன்ற உமது பகைவனாகிய சவுலின் மகன் இஸ்போசேத்தின் தலை, உமக்காக இன்று கர்த்தர் சவுலையும் அவனது குடும்பத்தாரையும் தண்டித்துள்ளார்” என்றனர்.
