Now I rejoice, not that all of you were made sorry, but that all of you sorrowed to repentance: for all of you were made sorry after a godly manner, that all of you might receive damage by us in nothing.

இப்பொழுது சந்தோஷப்படுகிறேன்; நீங்கள் துக்கப்பட்டதற்காக இல்லை, மனம்திரும்புகிறதற்கேற்றத் துக்கப்பட்டதற்காகவே சந்தோஷப்படுகிறேன்; நீங்கள் ஒன்றிலும் எங்களால் நஷ்டப்படாதபடி, தேவனுக்கேற்ற துக்கம் அடைந்தீர்களே.
