বাবিল থেকে লোক ছুটে পালাচ্ছে| তারা ঐ দেশ থেকে পালিয়ে যাচ্ছে| এই সব লোকরা সিয়োনের দিকে আসছে| তারা প্রত্যেককে প্রভুর ধ্বংসলীলার কথা বলছে| তারা লোকদের বলছে য়ে, প্রভু বাবিলকে উপযুক্ত শাস্তি দিচ্ছেন| বাবিল প্রভুর উপাসনাগৃহ ধ্বংস করেছিল তাই প্রভু বাবিলকে ধ্বংস করছেন|
