அவன் இவர்களோடே பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், இதோ, காத் ஊரானாகிய கோலியாத் என்னும் பேருள்ள அந்தப் பெலிஸ்த வீரன் பெலிஸ்தரின் சேனைகளிலிருந்து எழும்பிவந்து நின்று, முன் சொன்ன வார்த்தைகளையே சொன்னான்; அதைத் தாவீது கேட்டான்.
