న్యాయాధిపతులు ఏలిన దినములయందు దేశములో కరవు కలుగగా యూదా బేత్లెహేమునుండి ఒక మనుష్యుడు తన భార్యను తన యిద్దరు కుమారులను వెంట బెట్టుకొని మోయాబుదేశమున కాపురముండుటకు వెళ్ళెను.
